1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to hold a meeting of the Petitioner society for electing a new developer, since the services of the earlier developer have been terminated.

2] Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the prayer and particularly the fact that the earlier developer's services have been terminated as back as in the month of June 2017, we allow the Petition by directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to hold a meeting of the Petitioner society in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.
