Pursuant to directions dated 22nd February, 2016 Mr. Barve has filed an additional affidavit dated 25th February, 2016 setting out the details of the property as well as the description of the documents of title. The documents are referred to in the table in paragraph 5 of the affidavit. The Department shall verify each of the original documents in respect of the four properties.
