For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support, the delay in filing the present motion is condoned. 3.

As the writ petition was dismissed for failing to remove the office objections within the given time frame, we set aside the order passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master. We grant four weeks time. This would be conditional and even within this added period the office objections are not removed and the procedural compliance is not made, no restoration application will be entertained and the writ petition will be treated as dismissed, without any further reference to Court. 4.
