Ms. Chavan states that the questions of law referred by the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal are already covered by a judgment of this Court in STR No.58 of 2012 in Reference Application No.54 of 1997 in the matter of Commissioner of Sales Tax Vs. Jai Hind Industries Ltd. and therefore, the Application be disposed.

Ms. Chavan also states that it is not certain whether this judgment of the High Court has been overruled. If it is so, she seeks liberty to approach this Court to restore this reference. 3.
