The Interim Application is taken out by the Defendant seeking condonation of delay of seven days in fling an affdavit in reply to the Summons for Judgment.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantial justice, it would be expedient to condone the delay in fling affdavit in reply, copy of which is already served on the Plaintiff.

Hence, the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
