After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a substantive challenge to the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme proposed on CTS No.69, 69/1 to 23, Village Hariyali, Vikroli (W), Mumbai. Learned Counsel prays for extension of the ad-interim relief granted by this Court to his client on 7 February 2019 by a period of two weeks from today. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The ad-interim order passed by this Court on 7 February 2019 shall
