The Petition was rejected departmentally for non-removal of office objections. On the submission of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the Petition is restored to file. Office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The Suit is a money Suit. A material part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the Respondent is overseas. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit.
