This guardianship petition is filed by original Plaintiffs in the present suit for appointment of guardian of Defendant No.6, who is a minor. Defendant No.6 has been so far represented by his father, who is also a party to the suit, being Defendant No.4 (Respondent No.4 to the present guardianship petition) herein. The Petitioners/Plaintiffs pray for appointment of Defendant No.4 as the guardian of the minor Defendant No.6. The petition has been duly served on the Respondents, including Respondent No.4. No one has joined issues with the statement of the Digitally signed by Sanskruti A.

Accordingly, the guardianship petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
