This arbitration petition seeks interim relief pending an arbitral reference under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Since the filing of the petition, the reference has been concluded and an award has been passed. Learned Counsel, accordingly, submits that the petition has became infructuous; the relief would now be sought by the Petitioner in execution of the award. The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
