The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was wrongly directed by the Returning Officer and in haste some signatures were obtained in the columns 'Proposer' and 'Seconder'.

We have heard Mr Shetye, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. He submits that the Petitioner failed to submit proper valid nomination paper.

In the facts, no interference is warranted in the Petition. The Petitioner has statutory alternate remedy which could be exercised after the election results are declared. 5.
Petition is disposed of.
