Ms. Patki states that petitioner has not reverted with any instructions.

Therefore, petition stands dismissed.

Vidhii Partners to advertise the dismissal of this petition in Free Press Journal (in English) and Navshakti (in Marathi) as per the format prescribed by the Company Department within two weeks from today. Vidhii Partners, after advertising the dismissal of this petition, may apply to the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay for refund of the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited and Prothonotary and Senior Master Gauri Gaekwad
