The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Respondent is absent. 2.

Disputes arose between the parties under a Work Contract dated 24th April 2012. A sole arbitrator was appointed by mutual consent of the parties. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him. 3.

The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of arguments. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 22nd January 2020.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 22nd January 2020 until 30th November 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
