By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing affidavit of proof of debt. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and I have perused the affidavit in support of the company application. The applicant has justified delay in filing affidavit of proof of debt. Learned company prosecutor has no objection if the delay in filing affidavit of proof of debt is condoned.
