The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Respondent is absent. 2.

Disputes arose between the parties under an Agreement dated 23rd April 2013. By an order dated 1st March 2018, this Court appointed a sole arbitrator. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him. 3.

The arbitral proceedings have now reached the stage of final hearing. The extended arbitral mandate ends on 1st March 2020. 21st February 2020

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 1st March 2020 until 30th June 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
