The Notice of Motion is filed seeking to recall the order dated 13 January 2015.

No case for recalling the order dated 13 January 2015 is made out. We however permit the Applicants to submit their objection to the Application for regularization made by the Petitioners. If such objection is submitted within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the Competent Authority before taking a decision on the Application for regularization.

Subject to the above, the Notice of Motion is dismissed. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the rights of the Applicants.
