The Petitioner by this petition is seeking a writ directing the Respondents to conduct a full fledged inquiry against the Developer on the complaints filed by the Petitioner which are annexed at Exhibits 'A' and 'H' to the petition. As of today the SRA proposes to conduct survey which is going to be conducted tomorrow i.e. on 12.2.2015 and, therefore, we are of the view that the Petitioner has filed this petition at a premature stage. At this stage, the Petitioner cannot seek the reliefs which are claimed in this petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed, reserving the right of the Petitioner to apply again if any adverse order is passed by the concerned authorities. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The Petitioner may make his representation at the time of the survey to the concerned authorities. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of the order. [REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.] [ V. M.
