These five motions have been taken up for condonation of 13 days delay in filing the five appeals from the common order dated 13th January, 2017 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. 2.

We have perused the five affidavits dated 7th February, 2018 of Madhukar, AVES, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax in support of the motions. We are satisfied with the reasons stated therein for the delay.
