Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the office objections in the Notice of Motion (L) No.56 of 2016 could not be removed within the time prescribed due to unavoidable circumstances and states that the same will be removed within three weeks from today. Statement is accepted. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

Insofar as order dismissing the notice of motion for non removal of office objections in Notice of Motion (L) No.56 of 2016 is concerned, the same is recalled. Notice of Motion (L) No.56 of 2016 is restored to file on the condition that the insolvent removes all office objections within three weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, Notice of Motion (L) No.56 of 2016 to stand dismissed without further reference to court.

Notice of Motion No.14 of 2017 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
