Ms.Deshmukh appearing for plaintiff states that on 28.9.2018 the Official Liquidator who was present in court stated that there is no money in the company in liquidation and for that reason plaintiff has instructed the advocate to withdraw the suit. Mr.Aithe Company Prosecutor today confirms that there is no money in the company in liquidation.

In view thereof, suit dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of court fees in accordance with law.
