By this chamber summons, the applicants seek amendment to the plaint in the Suit No.623 of 2015 as per the Schedule of Amendment. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the amendment as prayed in terms of prayer clause (a) is permitted. Statement is accepted. Chamber summons is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the plaint shall be served upon the defendant within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs.
