Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

(a) that the order dated 5th January, 2015 dismissing the Company Petition No.664 of 2014 for non-prosecution be set aside;

(b) that the Company Petition No.664 of 2014 be restored; 2.

The Company Petition No.664 of 2014 be placed for Admission on ssp 1/2
