From tomorrow, grand-son and grand-daughter will go and meet the grand-parents every day. Though the appeal has been disposed of by us, we thought it fit to call the parties in our Chamber to find out amicable solution to the dispute.

Plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 are the father and mother of Defendant No.1. In view of this, this is a dispute between the close relatives and particularly between father, mother and son. We have talked with them in our Chamber. No solution could be found in this meeting. However, we are of the view

2/2 APPL/160/2015 that Defendant No.1's son and daughter may meet Plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 every day in the evening at any time throughout the day as and when the children are free from their school and other activities.
