---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 1st OCTOBER,2016 P.C.:- This notice of motion is for restoration of the suit that came to be dismissed under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules as per order dated 11th August, 2009 for non removal of office objections.

This notice of motion has been taken out only in February, 2016, i.e., almost 7 years after the dismissal of the suit. Nobody is present in court today for the plaintiff.

I have gone through the affidavit in support of the notice of motion and I find that there is no explanation for the delay of almost 7 years in taking out the present notice of motion. Gauri Gaekwad
