Mr.Mishra for plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit with liberty to file a fresh suit. Mr.Mishra states that when the suit was originally filed it was for seeking accounts in respect of payments made by plaintiff and also to direct defendant no.1 to complete the film and declaring copy rights of plaintiff. According to Mr.Mishra plaintiff has completed the film and wishes to file suit for damages against defendant no.1.

Therefore, Mr.Mishra seeks leave to withdraw the suit. Suit dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The court fees paid KJ
