This notice of motion is for restoration of the suit that came to be dismissed by a self operative order dated 1st September 2015 whereby the plaintiff was directed to remove office objections on or before 29th September 2015, failing which the suit shall stand disposed under OS Rule

986. The counsel for the plaintiff makes a statement that on or before 7th January 2017, all office objections will be removed. In view of this statement made by the counsel for the plaintiff, the order dated 1st September 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay is recalled and the suit is restored to file.
