Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection if the amount of Rs.3,11,714/- which is deposited by the applicants in this court towards payment of gratuity payable to the deceased is allowed to be withdrawn in view of the fact that the said amount is also deposited by the LIC of India. The statement is accepted.

Learned Prothonotary and Senior Master is accordingly directed to release the said amount of Rs.3,11,714/- to the applicants, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. expeditiously.
