The adoption proposed is of a male minor, Aman, born on 5th July 2016. He was found abandoned by the Ganeshpuri Police Station, District Thane and brought before the Child Welfare Committee, Thane. His custody was given to the Petitioner institution Vishwabalak Kendra for three months. This is run by the Children of the World India Trust. The Child Welfare Committee Thane has declared the minor free for adoption. 14th February 2018

The papers are in order except for the financial documents of the adoptive parents. These are compiled by Mr Kapoor. The compilation is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. The documents are in order. Having seen this and the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare, I am inclined to allow the Petition. It is made absolute and the Judge's Order is separately signed.
