After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a suit or to pursue such alternative remedy as he may have, other than a writ petition, in regard to the claim that there is a second structure which entitles the Petitioner to additional alternative premises. The Petitioner has no grievance that the Petitioner was found eligible for rehabilitation, his name was entered on Annexure II and that he on 6th November 2019 sought that the allotment be made in favour of his son, Ceaon Eric Mendes.
