The Petitioner who was the Municipal teacher in a Primary School from 12-11-1970 to 21-05-1989 on permanent basis is awaiting the response from the Respondents-Corporation to grant pensionary and other post retirement benefits including Gratuity with interest for the delayed period. Therefore, to avoid further delay and in the interest of justice, we direct the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner, as various representations are already made by the Petitioner, as early as possible and preferably within eight weeks from today.
