On instructions, Dr. Tulzapurkar, learned Senior Counsel for the Plaintiffs states that the Defendants having agreed to withdraw their notice under Section 31D of the Copyright Act, 1957 their application under Section 31B of that Act, as also the Writ Petition
910-SL98-16.DOC that they had filed before this Court, the Plaintiffs wish to withdraw the present Suit. He also confirms that an agreement has been entered into between the parties. This submission is noted. 2.
The Suit is allowed to be withdrawn. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

In view of disposal of the Suit, nothing survives in the Notice of Motion and it is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.
