Today, matter is kept for directions under Rule 52(d) of Bombay Insolvency Rules, 1910.

Ms.Dwani Bagdai tenders affidavit of service dated 08th November, 2017 of Ayub D. Shaikh, bailiff working in the Office of Sheriff of Mumbai, same is taken on file.

Upon perusal of affidavit of service, it is found that the notice dated 01st August, 2017 is served upon Judgment Debtors on 26th October, 2017 but not within stipulated time.

Ms.Dwani Bagdai also informs that rest of the Judgment Debtors have not been yet served. In view thereof, she requests for longer adjournment so as to enable her to take appropriate steps to serve the Judgment Debtors. PER INSOLVENCY COURT:- In view of the above, matter is adjourned to 05th January, 2018 at 12.00 noon as and by way of last chance, failing which, appropriate Orders/directions will be passed on next date.
