We have heard Mr. Gawas, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent/MCGM. 2.
Ms. Yadav, learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions from Mr. Bhupesh Rane, Assistant Engineer, K/East Ward, who is present in the Court, informs that already 3 PAPs have been allotted to the petitioners. She further states that the issue in regard to the TDR/monetary compensation is pending consideration of the Municipal Corporation and a decision in that regard shall be taken and informed to the petitioners. 3.
Let an appropriate decision in that regard be taken within a period of four weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner. 3 May, 2023

We, accordingly, dispose of the petition keeping open all contentions of the parties with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition or appropriate proceedings as and when need so arises.
