Heard learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that the State Government will take appropriate decision on the basis of the communication dated 15th November 2014 issued by the District Collector, Mumbai City, within a period of three months from today. We accept the said statement. This statement takes care of the prayer clause (a). In view of this statement, it is not necessary to consider the prayer clause (b) at this stage. By accepting the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Petition is disposed of.
