Disputes arose between the parties in relation to a channel finance agreement dated 31st January 2017 read with a deed of guarantee dated 31st January 2017.

In August 2018 the Petitioner referred the dispute to a Sole Arbitrator.

After the original arbitral mandate ended, it was extended for six months by mutual consent of the parties. This period ended on 2nd February 2020.

The arbitration is at the stage of evidence.

Considering the circumstances, I extend the arbitral mandate until 30th October 2021.
