The Consent Terms are signed by the Partner of the Plaintiff and the Defendants, who have been explained and interpreted the contents of the Consent Terms in Hindi by the Office of the Interpreter, High Court, Bombay. The Defendants are present in Court and they have informed the Court that they have understood the contents of the Consent Terms and have signed the same on their free will and volition and without any force, fraud and collusion.
