After the petition was argued for sometime, it was fairly stated by Mr.Joshi that the petitioner has filed suit in the regular civil court for the relief of a declaration of her right, title and interest in the immovable property. Then, needless to clarify, avk 1/2
4-WP-1482-2014.doc that the suit and proceedings therein shall proceed on their own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the grant of deemed conveyance. All the contentions of both sides in that regard are kept open.
The Writ petition is disposed of.
