Talekar Accounts Officer was directed to invest the amount in the account of the minor-applicant.

The applicant has since attained majority.

A Certificate of Balance is issued by the Accounts Officer certifying that (i) Fixed Deposit in State Bank of India, D.N. Road Shraddha Talekar PS

The Accounts Officer is directed to pay the amount covered by above-referred fixed deposits, with accrued interest thereon, to the applicant.
