Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The order dated rd November, 2014 is set aside. The Applicant will be joined as Respondent in the Application. The Application shall be heard de novo by the Learned Judge hearing Company matters. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The parties agree that no reasons be given in support of this order. The Respondents are allowed to use the paper book filed in the above Petition, before the learned Company Judge. The parties agree to appear before the learned Company Judge on 18 th July 2016 and obtain necessary directions. The Review Petition is accordingly disposed off.
