Heard. Office note shows that the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this court has submitted his report dated 17.02.2015 stating that the bailable warrant issued against both the defendants are returned unserved. For last more two and half years, the plaintiff has not taken any steps.

Hence, at the request of the learned counsel for the plaintiff , as a last chance, one week's time is granted to file an affidavit disclosing the present correct address of both the defendants, failing which the Chamber Summons shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
