The consent terms signed by the authorised signatory of petitioner, director of respondent and their respective advocates is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Patel and Ms. Munim state that the persons who have signed for petitioner and respondent are present in Court and identify them.
Mr. Anil Hebbar, who has signed for respondent company, undertakes to this Court for himself and on behalf of the other directors of the company and on behalf of the company that the amounts, as mentioned in paragraph 2 read with paragraphs 3,4 and 5 of the consent terms, will be paid without any default on the due date or within the cure period provided and failing which, he shall be personally liable.
