Ms. Yogini Chauhan, Deputy Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- Having considered the Official Liquidator's Report and affidavit in reply filed on behalf of Pushpak Gems, admittedly the payment has been made to Pushpak Gems after the winding up petition was filed. The petition was filed on 8th September, 2009 as stated in paragraph 8 of the reply whereas the payment has been made only on 10th December, 2010.

Therefore, the reliefs, as sought in the Official Liquidator's Report have to be granted.
