The official liquidator states that following the order dated 13.03.2015, the official liquidator has received only one offer in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope was opened in Court. The offer is of one Ashok Angchekar having address as Room No. 438, Lal Dongar, Jai Bajrang Seva Mandal, CST Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400 071. The offerer has also enclosed a Pay Order bearing No.450502 for Rs.10,100/- in favour of the official liquidator, High Court, Bombay. By an order dated 13.03.2015, the reserve price fixed was reduced from Rs.15,000/- to Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

938.olr.25.16.doc Rs.10,000/-. As the offer received exceeds the reserve price, I am inclined to accept the offer. The official liquidator is permitted to hand over to the said Ashok Angchekar possession of the movable assets mentioned in annexure "I" of the report issued by M/s.Bhide and Associates dated 12.06.2014. The OLR accordingly stands disposed.
