The learned counsel for the Respondents have pointed out that against the impugned interim order dated 30th June, 2015 (Exhibit A) passed by the Chief Executive Officer, S.R.A. the Petitioner has filed Application before the High Power Committee. 2.

Keeping in view the fact that the Petitioner has already challenged the order before the High Power Committee, no case is made out to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed.

However the dismissal of this Petition will not be construed that we have examined the merits of the matter. 4, All contentions are kept open.
