This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the Appeal. Though the prayer made in this Interim Application is being opposed by learned counsel representing the respondent nos.1 and 2, however, having regard to the averments made in the Interim Application, we are satisfied that the delay has sufficiently been explained. 2.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 10(a).
