Execution Application No. 42 of 2012 along with Notice of Motion No. 1956 of 2015 are not on board. They are taken on board by consent.

All disputes between the parties are settled in all these Execution Applications. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed on behalf of the Judgment Debtor by its authorised signatory, by the Decree Holders and, where necessary by their legal heirs or Constituted Attorneys.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. The Consent Terms are in order. I am satisfied that they are not contrary to law and that they have been drawn up by the parties of their volition in reflection of their true intentions. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Execution Applications and the Notice of Motion are disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. All decrees are to be got marked fully satisfied within a period of four weeks from today.

All concerned will act on an authenticated copy of the order. 6.

A scanned copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as second order in the matter.
