Ms Hunnurkar appearing for plaintiffs states that the suit has already been transferred to the list of undefended suit. Ms. Hunnurkar states that this chamber summons is for deleting plaintiff no.1 since plaintiff no.1 expired on 25th May 2017.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, chamber summons allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Plaint to be amended and amended plaint to be served upon defendant within four weeks from today. Chamber summons accordingly stands disposed.
