Certain individuals have been served with notices of demolition by the Municipal Corporation. None of them have come forward to challenge the said notices. This Petition is filed by one association which claims that 23 persons are its members. No document showing the membership of these 23 persons has been annexed. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this Petition and the same is disposed of. However, those who are directly affected by the said notices can file separate Petitions.
