The present Petition was lodged on 11th February, 2016 on the basis of an apprehension that coercive action will be taken in respect of the stall allegedly in possession of the petitioner. There is no ad-interim relief granted in this Petition. It is obvious that for a period of one year and four months, no action has been taken against the petitioner. Therefore, at this stage, it is not necessary to entertain this Petition. If there is an apprehension that without following due process of law, the petitioner's stall will be demolished, it will be open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
