22-CST54-16.DOC learned Advocate for the Applicant, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The delay in filing the Caveat and Affidavit in Support is condoned. The Caveat and Affidavit in Support have already been lodged. The Caveat is now to be numbered. The Petition is to be renumbered as a suit and the suit to be listed on 4th July 2016 for framing issues and for further directions.
