Mr. Bagwe, counsel for petitioning creditor states that judgment debtor - Dhananjay Y. Pattani has complied with the conditions stated in the order of 11th May 2015 passed in insolvency petition no.7 of 2015 with notice of motion no.10 of 2015 in insolvency notice no.35 of 2014. Mr. Bagwe states that he has no objection to the prayers being granted to applicant.

On 11th May 2015, the Court had laid certain conditions with the consent of the parties to be complied with by debtor and subject to the compliance, the notice of motion and insolvency petition was disposed. Since Mr. Bagwe states that judgment debtor has complied with those conditions, notice of motion is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of Gauri Gaekwad
